Three Ingredient Naan
This is one of the easiest and most delicious recipes that I have made. I always have at least two to three of these ingredients in my pantry. Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup full fat coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to swirl batter in a non stick pan. Cook on med-high heat until you see bubbles in the batter.
Wait for at least two minutes before flipping naan. Cook on the other side for two more minutes or until naan is no longer "wet looking." Remove from pan to rest on baking rack. Slather with ghee or any spreadable food that you enjoy! I love to use avocado mash!
